How to install outdoor led flood lights?

1. Drill out the holes and use relevant screws / plugs for the mounting surface.

2. Attach the solar light and solar panel to the corresponding hole with the 2 x socket screws, washer and nut provided (washer & nut on outside of panel).

3. Adjust the angle of the solar panel & flood light, as desired, and tighten into position with theallen keys provided. Adjust solar panel to approx 45 degrees for maximum charge effectiveness.

4. Plug the flood light into the solar panel and secure in place by screwing on and fully tightening the cap,check the waterproof cable connector is secure.

How to replace LED flood light?

1. Before starting any work, turn off the power to the existing flood light at the circuit breaker or fuse box to prevent electrical shock.

2. Unscrew or detach the existing flood light fixture from its mounting bracket or surface. Carefully disconnect the wires from the electrical supply.

3. Refer to the instructions for “Installing LED flood light” and follow them accordingly.

How long do led flood lights last?

Why are my led flood lights blinking?

1. Voltage Fluctuations: LED lights are sensitive to voltage fluctuations. If the power supply is unstable or experiencing voltage spikes or drops, it can cause the LED flood lights to blink.

2. Compatibility Issues: LED lights may blink if they are not compatible with the dimmer switch or electronic timer they are connected to. Using incompatible components can cause flickering or blinking.

3. Loose Connections: Loose or faulty electrical connections can interrupt the power supply to the LED flood lights, causing them to blink intermittently. Check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly connected.

4. Overheating: LED flood lights may blink if they are overheating. This can occur if the fixture is not adequately ventilated or if it is installed in a location with poor airflow. Overheating can cause the internal components of the LED light to malfunction.

5. Faulty LED Driver: The LED driver regulates the power supply to the LED chips. If the LED driver is faulty or malfunctioning, it can cause the LED flood lights to blink. In this case, the LED driver may need to be replaced.

6. Environmental Factors: Environmental factors such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, or exposure to moisture can affect the performance of LED flood lights and may cause them to blink.

7. Power Supply Issues: Problems with the power supply, such as power surges or insufficient power output, can also cause LED flood lights to blink. Ensure that the power supply is stable and adequate for the LED lights.
